Teacup in black stoneware, shaped using the pinch technique and fired in an anagama soda kiln.

The patient work of the hands is visible in the small indentations on the surface and the softly undulating rim.

The glaze appears with deep blue and black tones with a silver-grey veil – like a quiet sea surface in moonlight. The fire and soda have left their mark, giving the surface its very special play of colors. A cup to hold and immerse yourself in while the tea steeps and calm settles in.
